1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wilasahome.id and shop.wilasahome.id (the "Site"), operated by PT Wilasa Kriya Abadi ("Wilasa Home," "we," "us"), a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia. By browsing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're under that age, please use the Site with a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We do our best to display products, colors, and finishes accurately. Because many Wilasa Home pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished, small variations in color, texture, or pattern between what's shown online and what you receive are natural, expected, and not considered defects.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Prices don't include customs duties, import taxes, or fees on international orders (see our Shipping Policy). Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a stock issue. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

8. Candle and fragrance safety

If your order includes candles or home fragrance, please follow the safety guidance included with your item: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets, and trim the wick before each use. We're not responsible for damage or injury from improper or unsafe use of our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — product designs, photography, text, logos, and the Wilasa Home name — belongs to PT Wilasa Kriya Abadi and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Please don't reproduce, distribute, or commercially reuse our content or designs without written permission.

10. Prohibited use

Please don't use the Site for unlawful purposes, resell our products without authorization, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information when ordering.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any statutory consumer protection rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, where those laws apply and can't be excluded by agreement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you hold in your own country.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version live on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
