Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays). Made-to-order or customized pieces may take longer — this will be noted on the product page.

We ship worldwide. Available shipping options and estimated costs are shown at checkout based on your address.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility, are not included in our product price or shipping fee, and we're not able to predict or refund them.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and reshipping costs in that case may be charged to the customer.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@wilasahome.id with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
